Services Provided:
HVAC Preventative Maintenance Program

PROperties, Inc. developed and implemented a custom Preventative Maintenance Program for HVAC systems and equipment at the New England Deaconess facilities. This program ensures that their vital HVAC systems arewell maintained, continue to operate efficiently and function as designed.

HVAC System Design and Retro-fit

PROperties, Inc. has performed several phases of retrofit and design on the systems at the Deaconess facility. The result is a system that is optimized for the required heating and cooling needs of the large facility.

System Equipment Installation

In addition to large scale installs of the specified system including main mechanicals and related controls, PROperties, Inc. also handles ongoing replacements and upgrades to equipment as needed under the Preventative Maintenance Program.
